DAY 01
Gonggar Airport-Tsedang
Activities: Drive to Tsedang upon arrival Lhasa. Rest to acclimatize the high altitude upon arrival Tsedang.

Transportation: Jingbei or Toyota 4500
In the morning, fly to Gonggar Airport. Upon arrival, your local tour guide will meet you there. Then take another 3 hours driving covering 220 km to get to Tsedang, the cradle of Tibet culture. Then stay at the hotel for adapting to the high attitude. It is helpful to take things easy for the first few days, and try to drink some water just and now.

DAY 02
Tsedang Sightseeing
Activities: Yarlung valley, Yumbulakhang Palace, Mindroling Monasatery, Trundruk Monastery.
Meals: Breakfast
Transportation: Jingbei or Toyota 4500
In the morning, your tour guide will lead you to make a trip in the Yarlung valley to visit the Yumbulakhang a medieval-European castle-like structure, reputed as Tibet’s oldest building. It doesn’t take that long to explore Yumblagang, perhaps the best part of the visit is the walk up along the ridge abour the building. There’re fabulous views of the Yarlung valley.
After lunch, your tour guide will lead you to have a tour to Mindroling Monasatery and Trundruk Monastery.

DAY 03
Tsedang- Lhasa
Activities: Samy Monastery.
Meals: Breakfast
Transportation: Jingbei or Toyota 4500
In the morning drive further to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. Have a tour to Samye Monastery en route.

DAY 04
Lhasa Sightseeing
Activities: Potala Palace, Johkang Monastery, Barkhor
Meals: Breakfast
Transportation: Jingbei or Toyota 4500
After breakfast your ATT local guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the Potala Palace, a structure of massive portions. Its towering image already appearing on various occasions, but your first sight of the Potala will still be an awe-inspiring moment. It takes at least a good 2-hour to visit those rooms, halls and chapels..
After lunch your ATT local guide will lead you to have a view of the Johkang Monastery, the spiritual center of Tibet. Everyday, pilgrims from every corner of Tibet trek a long distance to the temple. The temple is the product of Han, Tibetan and Nepalese architectural techniques.
Then we will visit Barkhor, the oldest street surrounding Jokhang in a very traditional city in Tibet, and also a big free market with its prolific stalls for selling local specialties.

Day 05
Lhasa Sightseeing
Activities: Tibet Museum, Norbulingka, Sera monastery
Meals: Breakfast
Transportation: Jingbei or Toyota 4500
After breakfast your ATT local guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the Tibet Museum. The museum covers an area of 23,508 square meters including the exhibition area of 10,451 square meters, equipped with modern facilities to ensure quality service for visitors and safety and efficient administration of the museum itself.
Then proceed to the nearby Norbulingka, the biggest man-made garden in Tibet.
After lunch you will pay a visit to Sera monastery, one of the three main monasteries of Gelug sect in Tibetan Buddhism. Then you can do the Sera Kora walk of about 1 hour and then catch the famous debate session of the monks before returning back to Lhasa.

DAY 06
Lhasa-Lhasa train station or airport
Activities: transfer from hotel to train station or airport
Meals: Breakfast
Transportation: Jingbei or Toyota 4500
After breakfast your ATT local guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the Lhasa train station or airport for your departure train or flight.
